The vacuum cleaner is fine and I am satisfied. Ideal for occasional housekeeping.
But I'll elaborate on what bothers me so that you know what you're getting into.
Real suction power. Realistically, it sucks.
Initial pairing with the app is purgatory
The app itself works, but it's definitely not perfect and has many bugs
The vacuum cleaner sometimes does shit. He drives completely nonsensically, creating little "pockets" on the map that when he cleans up he announces he's done. A total power off and on will help. It's very rare, but it's annoying
Mopping is stupid and just a marketing ploy in my opinion. It's like running a mop over the whole area with very little pressure. It only works to remove very fine dust. I don't use the function.
I don't understand why there is simply no option to have floor 1 and floor 2, but one has to load a different map from the cleaning history. I guess the manufacturer doesn't want the smudge to transfer, who knows.

Mop. It's not the best in the world, but it does keep the floor really clean when washed every day. In combination with a disinfectant, it's a really practical thing. It also depends very much on the surface - it removes even heavier soiling from ceramic tiles. Not from the swimming pool anymore
The approach of Concept service technicians. The product arrived unpacked despite the fact that it was not marked as unpacked. On checking the contents, I found that there was a fault in the cap on the water bottle. Some good guy before me bought the vacuum cleaner only to remove the cap from it and return the vacuum cleaner. I couldn't return the goods in the store because of the lockdown. I didn't want to look for a courier, send and wait for the complaint to be solved, I wanted to use the product. I contacted the manufacturer directly, they sent me the missing closure free of charge. They also included the whole mechanism/lock for the cap on the uncleanliness. In short, perfect service.
Reasonable price
Ability to hide the excess cable in the body of the docking station
Alza's approach. Recently, I have had two products in the hundreds of EUR each that were unpacked even though they were not marked as unpacked when ordered. Not to mention that the goods were incomplete. I consider this to be an absolute failure. Even for the introduction. I have always considered Alza to be the best store. If they sold groceries, I'd go there to buy those too. After these experiences I do not order from alza anymore.
The vacuum cleaner is a bit wobbly. It will not rust metal surfaces such as the chrome leg of a bar stool. It also gets stuck, for example, when going through the laundry dryer. It also gets stuck on higher carpets. The problem I see is that although it can overcome the difference of 1.8cm but it can't recognize the difference of e.g. 2.5cm and it tries to cross such difference and gets stuck
It does not sag corners and kuty. Along the longer wall it passes without a problem, but at the corners it gets tangled and the brushes don't get all the dust and spit out of the corners
It needs a relatively large space for parking. The docking station must be at least half a meter from the wall on each side or it will get in the way. It is also necessary to pay attention to the cable to the docking station - in case it is loosely placed next to the docking station, the brushes will take it and the station will overlap to the side. The ideal is to place the docking station directly under the socket and bring the cable perpendicularly upwards
