The scarecrow gives a signal, but does not repel the moles at all - on the contrary, they gobble right at him. Therefore, the product does not fulfil its declared purpose. The manufacturer states the guarantee "Trial purchase for 6 months", which was the reason for the purchase. Nevertheless, the application of this guarantee is complicated. I have also had a negative experience with a complaint with Alza.cz. The complaint was acknowledged, but automatically settled with a replacement, even though I requested a refund. The communication is complex and comes across as very formal, with no effort to solve the customer's problem. Overall, I do not recommend - both the product and the way the complaint is handled.
The device emits sound signals, therefore it appears to be technically functional.
It does not perform its basic function - it does not repel moles. The molehills appear right near the facility. Efficiency zero.
