I deliberately wrote control into the pros and cons. You can select virtually everything with one wheel. If you know how to bake, it's basically very easy and the oven will guide you from setting the type of heat to setting the temperature. The downside here is that if you're used to the old oven, you turned the dial to select the type of heating, then the dial for temperature and you were done. Here you also have to choose whether you want to preheat the oven, whether you want to set the time and then press the "play" button to start the oven. And you do that every time. It's three little extra steps (beep-beep-beep), but it can be annoying for someone to do it every time they just want to bottom and top at 200. The cool thing is that you can choose 2 consecutive programs. so you can start baking at 150, let something rise, and then salt it to 240 without having to go to that. If you don't know how to bake, the oven has about 200 programs preset from bread baking to various muffins, fryers, grills, etc. There are 2 menus for this. This is where it gets quite complicated and you have to use the attached table to remember which program does what. What downright annoys me, and what was one of the main reasons I bought it, is the water and steam generation reservoir. It bakes really nicely with steam. The best christmas. 10/10, it's a beautiful finish. But then you turn the oven off, and when you turn it on, the option to drain the water funnel starts to impose itself on you. This is incredibly annoying. As I mentioned, the oven bakes perfectly and is definitely worth it. Very good chicken, excellent pastry. And the pizza program, it's a ride: D What more could you want?
