I’m quite happy with the fridge itself. The reason for the low rating is not the product itself, but the experience with the paid service that was included in the order. The floor was damaged during removal, unpacking and installation. The incident was immediately documented and reported. Although the damage occurred whilst Alza staff were handling the appliance, I was subsequently told that I was liable for the damage because the floor had not been covered with cardboard. I consider it unacceptable that a customer who pays for a delivery, unpacking and installation service should be held liable for any damage caused during the provision of that service. Even more than the damage itself, I was disappointed by the way it was handled. After more than two months of communication, the situation has not been resolved and the company refuses to accept any responsibility. If you expect a professional approach not only in sales but also when dealing with problems, my experience was, unfortunately, quite the opposite.
