I'm trying it for the first time. and something seems to be doing it or it's having a good placebo effect. In my case, about an hour after taking it, I feel brainwash and tired, and I want to go to sleep rather than do anything. In the first days, fatigue was also associated with a slight dull headache. I prefer to take it at night. It certainly doesn't keep me awake during the day.
After just a few days of taking it, my deep sleep improved a lot. Returned after many years even the plot to dreams, dreams are quite vivid. The watch also shows a big improvement in sleep quality. According to them, I'm sleeping in a pattern now.

In my case, it is good to take with food. On an empty stomach I feel sick after the tablet and I get dizzy and a strange pressure in my chest (probably caused by esophageal reflux), which goes away in about an hour. With food it seems to be OK without the mentioned problems, although then the onset of the effect is not so dramatic.
It is only a dietary supplement, it is not a miracle cure, so exaggerated expectations are not out of place.
I'm only using it for a short time, I can't judge from a long-term perspective
