Quiet operation.
Service dates are catastrophic. Out-of-warranty repair reported through the manufacturer's website - it only took a week to hear back from the authorized service. Then another 5 days, because they don't have the door seals in stock in the Czech Republic and finally waiting another 15 days for someone to come and replace it.
Communication of the authorized service - a disaster. No technicians, covid, too much work. Is it so dysfunctional that they can't keep up?

it will get clogged with fibres when drying until the fuse blows, you have to take it apart and clean it, first it starts taking an unreasonably long time to dry and therefore consumes a lot of energy and the laundry will be damp, the time estimate is idiotic, you're better off buying a cheap LG

quiet operation
Compact size yet a large washing drum
good price-performance ratio
it's working so far
Complicated registration for the extended warranty, you have to enter the model as: HWD80-B14979(F4E)
The instruction manual is quite extensive, but you'll struggle to find the settings for a standard wash or dry cycle and its duration.

You can't hear the washing machine, or rather the only thing I hear is the water splashing, perfect :). We put a load on in the evening and in the morning we take the dried laundry out and straight into the wardrobe. I chose from about 20 models, and only time will tell how durable it is, but based on the specs, it's the best washer-dryer in its category. Self-cleaning, mould/slime prevention, etc. Big plus for the appliance delivery and replacement, thanks Alza, everything went like clockwork and was done in 15 minutes, I'm very pleasantly surprised by the level and quality of service, and by how the installation team behaved!
Quiet - I can't hear a thing except for the water splashing.
beautiful design
Best specs in its price category.
treatment against mould/slime
self-harm
size
No vibrations when spinning, it doesn't even move.
Nothing so far and I trust it will stay that way :)

I recommend to have the washing machine delivered and connected, it will save you complications in case of a complaint. The first washing machine was delivered with a slightly damaged non-replaceable hose, the complaint was easy, they disconnected the old washing machine and replaced it with a new one and the other one is already without problems. For the first 5 or so uses of the drying program there is a bit of rubber smell, after that no problems. I waited for the review after certain cycles (about 40-60 washes and drying). everything works perfectly. I'm surprised at how quiet this washing machine is. The only negative feature is that it dries too much, ideal to use it only on certain things. After drying the rubber must be cleaned, the washing machine does not have a catch tray like a conventional dryer. When washing, the interior light can be turned on and the situation inside can be monitored. It cleverly uses water, washing gel, disinfectant and fabric softener. It's a huge leap from the 2010 washing machine, like moving from a Trabant to a new Skoda. So far I am fully satisfied. I rate the washing machine 9/10.
many programs
nice and high quality design
easy maintenance
some people may find it very complicated to set up the programs
after drying, the inner rubber must be cleaned
