My only complaint is that I couldn't send more detailed assembly instructions. Later I wanted to put an HDD into my PC, but the cables were in the way. I also ordered a Thermo sheet instead of the paste and unfortunately it was not applied. Fortunately the fans I bought were installed as I wanted without instructions. It's hard to say how much the ability to write more detailed instructions would complicate this service overall. But overall I am very satisfied. After a week of picking it up, everything works, so if I can say this after months or years, I'll be satisfied: -) What I wasn't happy about was that if you choose components that are not in stock at Alza, your build can't be built and you have to choose others. I understand that there are some conditions and rules under which it is possible to use assembly services, but if the components were in stock at the supplier, I honestly do not see any reason to stock the components additionally and then the assembly was carried out normally (of course with some time delay), especially if I paid the full amount immediately after the order was sent. Instead, I spent 2-3 days communicating with customer service staff, where I had to wait about 20 hours for one response. During that time, the components could have been at least ordered from the supplier, if not stocked. Maybe I'm the weird one, sorry, but in 2025 I'd find this process easier. Please do not take this as a criticism at all costs, but rather as a sub-topic for improvement. Thank you very much.
