I am generally satisfied with the service. The computer was ordered on 21 Jan, the parts were in stock and the complete PC arrived on Sunday 26 Jan at 6am, which surprised me, I expected it to arrive on Monday. So 5 days in total. Twice the date was postponed, but I was counting on that. The PC was well packed, including the interior filler. The only thing that struck me as odd was the small layer of dust on the components inside the computer. I assume the PC folded early and then stood somewhere for some time. It wasn't a big deal, it just hit me right in the eye when I opened the PC.

My experience with the assembly was not entirely positive. The computer was delivered very quickly. Anyway, when I plugged the computer in, it turned on, but the monitor said it wasn't getting any signal. I assume the product hasn't even been tested, although that is part of the service. Fortunately I am from Prague, so they fixed everything within 90 minutes (one component was not functional), anyway if I was not from Prague, I would be even more dissatisfied.

Alza will be happy to fold your PC, tell you anything over the phone, and at the first dissatisfaction refer you to the terms and conditions and one chapter - if you buy something as a service, the goods cannot be returned. It probably wouldn't matter so much if there weren't quality issues (for example, the backplate on the MB is so great that you can't plug in the USB, the system takes about a minute to fully boot, the FAN setting is at max, and other things). The service describes that it is possible to replace components, but it does not say how to claim them if you do not have a warranty card or even a box. It is definitely better to buy a ready-made PC without this service and return it if you are not satisfied. You don't get anything extra with this service, rather it's only beneficial to Alza.

The configurator is not as sophisticated as Smarty.cz for example - it let me put a CPU cooler into the assembly that was in stock at an external supplier and then the system split my order into two and sent the cooler to Alzabox separately - it had to be solved with the customer service department
