The service department that tests the PC assemblies that they assemble themselves had doubts about the PC, the PC was brought to me by PPL everything was ok, but after unpacking and assembling the PC my monitor didn't turn on even though everything was lit and blinking. After about two days of urgent calls to the help desk, the gentleman told me to send the PC back to Alza and that he would refund my money. Which I didn't want to do because the customer was already upset. Then I called a friend and he found the DDR4 memory unconnected. The PC was up and running immediately. I think that this mistake should not happen, even if the service is paid. Otherwise maximum satisfaction.

Even though everything was in stock, after 5 days, when we contacted Alza ourselves, as we lacked any information about the progress of the order, we learned that the pc is not yet complete and components are still being imported from the warehouse - I wonder where it takes 5 days to ship from. I could understand the excuse that Alza currently has an excessive amount of orders before Christmas, not in the middle of March. Plus, an apology is fine, but without any delivery designation, I don't take it as concrete information, but as a learned phrase that the store sends to everyone. After repeated calls to Alza, where I asked for specific information about my order and even to check the possibility of a refund for the assembly and assembly of the PC by myself, I was promised information - after more than 6 hours still nothing. Someone should think about this service, as even the other reviews do not give the impression that I am one of the isolated cases, and taking into account that these are not orders for a few hundred, but on the contrary are quite large sums, it is a shame how they are handled.

Eshop nonsensically calculated the shipping for the components of two pc as an oversupply and calculated the shipping at almost 500 CZK! Only 99 CZK per branch. When you buy two complete sets the price is normal. Support tells me to email and it will be resolved within 5 days. Packing of two PCs - the first one perfectly and including the interior and the second one about 70 percent. The requirement was W10 Home on both PCs the final result was that one had W10 and the other W11. Alza can't work with more than one PC in one order. For me, it is an average product.
