easy operation
easy handling of both the water bucket and the waste coffee pot
higher grinding than other coffee machines
the manual says that it is flushed after switching off, this does not happen to me, I do not know if it is a fault, it can be manually developed
the steam nozzle for heating milk falls off, the plastic joint is imperfect

I've been using it for 4 months, brewed over 500 coffees already and it works perfectly!
A little unclear and jumpy temperature setting and also cleaning and descaling mode. It took me a while to understand what it wanted and what was going to happen: -)

We are very satisfied with it. A good price for what you get. However, after almost 2 years it stopped working properly, it wouldn't froth the milk and was making bad coffee. It was sent back under warranty and they replaced it for us. So I'm curious to see how long it lasts this time.
