A big plus is the Milk Sensation technology - the milk foams beautifully even with 1.5% milk, the foam is beautifully fluffy. The preparation is simple. The maintenance of the Milk Sensation is very simple, different from other automatic coffee machines. The coffee container is large enough. Water tank: there is no top line. I was disappointed that the coffee maker doesn't have the option to set/save the milk coffee recipe. For example. I want 80 g of coffee and 100 g of whipped milk. But I want, for example. 40 g of coffee and 120 g of whipped milk. This function is enabled by automatic coffee machines one class below. The grinding noise is not quite as quiet as some here write. I've seen the coffee maker disassembled after a year and a half and it was fine. Overall: some things feel unfinished and that's a shame.
