I have to say it took me a week to get used to it, after reading the reviews I really wanted to give it a chance. For the first 4 days it was an ordeal and I had to alternate with a normal mouse at times, but after a week it was totally awesome and stopped hurting - tendon problems. The quiet sound of the buttons is super nice. For how heavy it is, it might have a faster response. What I would like to point out is that it is really for SMALL HANDS. I think I have an average lady's hand and could easily tolerate more palm support and even my fingers are almost at the end of the buttons. I should have chosen the classic black, the pink is beautiful, but after a month of use I can already see how it is turning grey.

After 1.5 years, the buttons started playing up, especially the left one. It's double-clicking. According to information I've read on forums and similar places, this is a common fault with the switches used. Apparently, it also happens on the higher-end model with the integrated battery. Until the left mouse button started acting up, I was very satisfied. Currently, I'm dissatisfied with the length of the warranty claim process from the service centre. I expected it to be resolved within a matter of days. On the forums, people write that Logitech handles this well, replaces the mice, and acknowledges the fault. Just google something like "Logitech Lift problems with button". But if you want a decent mouse, the other ergonomic ones aren't much better. I've actually come to the conclusion that there isn't another more reliable alternative, and if the buttons die again even after a potential replacement with a new mouse, I'll go the iFixit route and solder better quality switches onto the mouse myself as soon as the warranty expires and the first signs of trouble appear.
