Really very long battery life, I don't even think about charging. They still let you know the battery is dead for half an hour before shutting down. They are fully charged within half an hour. (plus the ability to charge wirelessly, but I don't use that, I don't have a station for that)

I've owned both the II BT and III BT and both lasted only a year (the cable leading to the earpiece broke off on the II and the III lost the volume control function). But I have used them really to the fullest and the complaint has always gone ok.
