If you're heading out with just your hands in your pockets, this is ideal as an emergency power source for your mobile, as it just clips on with a magnet and starts charging. With a Samsung S24FE in a MagSafe case, it's enough for about a 50% charge. The fact that it gets hot and has some power loss is a characteristic of wireless charging, not a product fault. For longer trips, it's better to have a 20,000mAh power bank with a cable in your backpack :-) I bought it for exactly this purpose, and it has 100% met my expectations.

I've been using it for a few weeks now, mostly as a charger for my "navigation" iPhone SE during breaks on bike rides. It's small and fits comfortably in my saddle bag. The charging speed isn't anything groundbreaking, but for the price, I'm not expecting Rolls-Royce performance. In this year's higher outdoor temperatures (when the iPhone in its handlebar mount also gets hot), charging is more difficult because the device itself gets quite hot while charging (and in turn heats up the iPhone being charged even more), which logically stops the process. Nevertheless, the price/performance ratio is OK. When it gives up the ghost after 300+ charges, I'll buy it again, if they're still making this model.
