I was looking for a suitable device for back massage. I was considering a massage pillow, however this one is great due to the fact that I can brush it with my hands, push it in as needed. Suitable for all parts of the back. Great for massaging the throat, which is why I bought it in the first place. It doesn't compare to rehab, but for the money I was very pleasantly surprised. I bought a second one right away.
great utility at a good price

Overall it is not very comfortable, the warming function is nice but otherwise the massage is sometimes painful and on the lowest level. I haven't returned it, but I don't use
