I decided between Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2 and NIceboy. On paper Niceboy they looked better so I decided for them but if I went back time I would definitely go to Xiaomi even though Xiaomi have less battery life and supposedly flat sound but it occurs to me that xiaomi is better with that sound because Niceboy didn' t hold me in my ears and therefore I heard the surroundings that was not with xiaomi (since I had the opportunity to use Xiaomi after the purchase). I have an iPhone Xr, not Android, and I haven' t even tested it on Android for iOS-like bugs.
NEGATIVE:
- RESISTANT loud sound connecting and disconnecting to the phone. When I forgot to pull them out of my ears and unplugged them, my head almost exploded - they connected to my phone even when they were in the case. Many times it happened to me that I had a bluethoot on and I could not hear the sound on the phone. Of course, my headset connected to my mobile, so I couldn' t hear the sound: ) - the sound of the connection to the box is the same as the warning on iOS so many times it happened to me that I thought something came to me but it was a box, it' s not like a problem but it bothers me. Over time, you get used to it, the only thing that gets on my nerves is the loud disgusting sound of the connection to the phone - cheap plastic with unground joints, sometimes quite sharp. I also like the 5 Euro handset from China. Of course, I' m not expecting miracles, but xiaomi is much more pleasant to the touch - the size of the headphones and the sound is a relative criterion that everyone evaluates as usual, I personally dropped the headphones, the original sockets didn' t hold, I had to find bigger sockets.
- the size of the headphones themselves did not suit me personally, they are big, so my ears hurt when used for a long time, but the sockets were small. Very strange balance, but I' m used to: ) - a smile through the tears.
- sometimes the sound went out, sometimes they didn' t connect but they went and really fulfilled what I bought them for - not usable for phone calls. Either I didn' t hear the caller or me. When I tried it on the contrary, the headphones recorded the sound as if I were 5 meters from the microphone and I shouted at the phone. Strange and especially unusable. Many times the two problems combined so I didn' t even use it for calling POSITIVE:
- the battery lasts quite a lot, I thought it would be a problem with endurance, but due to their uncomfortable construction and not sitting in my ears for more than 3 hours I can' t have them in my ears, I prefer wire JBL for 20 E if I want to do something longer on PC or under - more comfortable case than xiaomi. Xiaomi is more like an egg, this is similar to an air pod wrapped shape. The material is matte plastic, so it doesn' t slip so much - they play loudly, but they don' t play well for me. As the ears fell out and ached from the shape, they are not for very long use.
- control of play, volume, Siri start, stopping the next song or the previous one worked. It will be nice if you don' t have a phone with you.
- the package also includes a USB C to USB B charger, although it is 4 cm long, but it is and it is nice.
SUMMARY:
Personally, I think that if they removed 3 things like the volume of the connection, the connection in the box and the disgusting cheap plastic, the quality would be at least over 50% better headphones than now. However, they are not and the overall visual is that they are a cheap Chinese handset. In the future, if I want a better handset, I' ll go to Air Pods or something from JBL, Beats and the like. If I wanted a cheap exercise headset that I destroyed, I would lose, although I would go to Xiaomi. Also, other Niceboy products are not much more sophisticated.
