I have contacted the manufacturer to see if they are able to supply it, and they don't have it. For a year and a half they made excuses that they had them ordered and were waiting for stock. I've been corresponding with them for 1.5 years and the vacuum cleaner sits in the corner and we vacuum with an old vacuum cleaner. I wrote them hard today saying they were lying and didn't have any batteries. The support lady wrote me back that they can send me a used battery for 500 CZK. So I thanked her and explained that I would never buy a product from them again and I recommend it to you as well. DON'T BUY IT.

One of the worst experiences I've had with electronics in general, my first and last product purchased from Niceboy. That's how much the terrible performance pissed me off and made me write this review. Very soon this thing will go to the scrapheap (I don't even want to sell it, I won't take the heat) and there will be a return to a quality stick vacuum cleaner.

Dumbest device I've ever bought, money wasted and confirmation that Niceboy makes absolutely terrible electronics.
The sensors seem to be non-existent, in 90% of cases this wretch just crashes into everything and veers off the axis, after two or three bumps it no longer drives straight but diagonally across the room, while the map in the app claims it drives straight.
It can't even work with thinner obstacles than the description, I had to stop using two small carpets and glue on an extra threshold bar because of it, as the original never beat it.
God forbid it reports a fault at around 30% battery, this sucker can't return to a running program, so if that happens to you, not only do you have to start the whole vacuuming from scratch, but you have to recharge the vacuum first, because at 20% battery it autocompletes any program and goes to recharge.
Now that I mentioned the charger, sometimes she just ignores it and just decides to drive into it and coil her cable.
I have experienced several times that the vacuum cleaner vacuumed for almost 3 hours, spent it all in the living room and then went to the charger (I have 1+1, literally two rooms and a hallway in between, no labyrinth).
Unless you have absolutely everything in your apartment or house on legs with a span larger than the total circumference of the unit, don't buy it. Both the machine and you will be worried.
