In the 2006 Passat 3C, the light is dim and the light cone is the wrong shape
Too cold color 6500K is unpleasant
More expensive halogens serve better
Lack of homologation

Even if they are not homologated, my system still does not report an error, as it did e.g. for Philips led bulbs.

Fitted to a twin phabia and it shines perfectly day and night. Half the current. I recommend replacing the parking bulbs with LEDs for daytime running lights as well.

Fabia III (r. 2018), replacement as "difficult" as with a regular halogen, everything fits as it should. They don't report the cracked bulb error. Since I have it over the lens it is hidden and decently focused without glare. It's still a risk, of course, as it's not homologated, but we see far worse retinal burners on the road. For myself, I don't recommend it for rattlesnakes without a lens. I'm considering long distance, but it's in plain sight after all: -/

On Kia ceed sw 2020 it works without any problems. At least if you have a newer car and a lens in the headlight, you don't have to worry about a police check. But I definitely wouldn't put it in a regular headlight, so whoever puts this in a one-box fabia is crazy.

In a headlamp with a lens, it does not dazzle
