I had to get a black Oura Ring for my husband after I've had mine for a while because he really wanted one too: ) lightweight, comfortable, fast charging, long lasting charge
detailed statistics on everything around the heart, sleep, menstruation, but especially the general state of the body and mind, special reports in pregnancy
watches temperature fluctuations in the tenths (menstrual cycle, prediction of illness) - this is how he warned me of the coming of a virus when I still thought it was nothing - but when you see readiness 50 and everything in increasingly worse values, it forces you to rest and sleep more, which I probably would not have done otherwise, and then you get out of it faster
we measure at home, as parents, who has slept more and who has worse values or stress, so we know who to load more children and responsibilities on that day so that the other can rest - then there is more peace at home
I'm looking forward to AI Advisor, it seems like a whole new level - how to translate that pile of numbers into human language and talk about it
if I have an optimal score in the morning, then I can really manage to stay up later in the evening and not fall straight to bed with the kids
it generally leads me to be more mindful of how I feel
can't track location if you lose it

A completely unique product for measuring sleep, stress and activity.
The charts are clear and very nice processing of the application and the environment.
Physically, the ring is black. nice, lightweight, no hang-ups.
The battery lasts about 8 days, and eventually reports a message to charge.
nothing, I don't mind the subscription, it's just an investment in the company and its improvement.
The review that you can't add food and drink to the app is nonsense, that's not what the ring is for. that's what the calorie charts are for, for Christ's sake, sir.

I'm happy with the ring and I'm thrilled that Alza started selling it, because it's kind of a guarantee for me.
light
applications in Czech
fast charging (about 30 minutes at 100%) and lasts about 4 days
I miss the possibility to record e.g. weights, drinks, food.
the application can report for a day, week and month - it cannot report for a year or for the whole period of use
