This was the first thing we bought to heat milk/water. It takes much longer to heat up than the manufacturer states. If you want the milk to be warmed up in time, you need to do it maybe 10–20 minutes in advance or set it one level higher. Anyone with children knows you don't have that much time at night :) It's just another one of those things where you expect to plug it in and use it for your money, but instead, you're in for 2 weeks of experimenting.
Easy to use
Wonderful design
The water heating doesn't match the temperature the milk is supposed to have.
Doesn't heat up in the time specified by the manufacturer, you have to leave it in for much longer, even with Philips Avent bottles.

We use it mainly for heating up baby food in both plastic and glass, and from the very first day, we found the ideal heating time – we just had to follow the instructions, add the correct amount of water, and give it an occasional stir. A brilliant and high-quality appliance in our opinion.
Intuitive controls (you just need to read the instructions)
Heating speed
Easy maintenance
Nice look
Quality of workmanship
Variable cable length
Lots of paper inserts – I'd prefer more sustainable packaging, but it's no big deal.

heats water
Heats inaccurately (often cold/hot) even when the water level is monitored.
doesn't stay on 24/7
The temperature setting is illogical (on the device you see a scale in 30ml increments, in the manual you find out that it is essentially an abstract scale).
I wouldn't buy again.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Our supplier has contacted us based on it and would like to respond below.
"Hello, we are very sorry that the Philips Avent SCF358/00 warmer did not meet your expectations.
This model uses an intelligent heating system that automatically adjusts the heating time based on the volume of milk. However, the final temperature also depends on the initial temperature of the milk, the water temperature, and the bottle material. To ensure safe use, the device switches off automatically after heating is complete; it is not intended for continuous operation. After heating, we recommend stirring the contents and always checking their temperature.
If the device is not behaving correctly even when used properly, we recommend contacting our customer support:

lovely design
I don't find it expensive
heats up terribly slowly, our kettle heats up 2x its maximum volume before this thing heats up 90 ml, in a saucepan on the stove I would have it faster

Satisfaction so far. We have used another brand product before, but this one is better in comparison, even though it doesn't have the sterilization feature. The previous one stopped working after a few months, hopefully this one will last longer.
Easy to use
Wonderful design
It's working as it should.
Spacious container
It does not offer the option of sterilisation
