I have described the pros and cons in the review. The biggest minus for me is the lack of a continuous uninterrupted current. Maybe it's due to the pump that the flow is pulsed and not continuous. Massage modes are fine, but I'd like to have something that also has the option of a smooth, uninterrupted stream of water. The device must be connected to electricity via a cable (approx. 1m) at all times - which is limiting. For the price, I would expect wireless charging with a docking base and built-in battery, so that the device could be "wire-free"-taken to a location -used and returned to the base for charging. I don't know if there's such a thing as a mouth shower. But it would be nice and it would improve usage. Maybe the next generation will be like that.
