The battery life does not match what the manufacturer claims. Measured 20 minutes of endurance during normal vacuuming. It doesn't really wipe the floor, it leaves marks. It looks nice, but we don't buy it to look at. So, disappointing for me. I withdrew from the contract.

Hello, thank you for your review. The maximum battery life is stated in ECO mode when using only a handheld vacuum cleaner. The actual endurance is always influenced by the mode in which you use the vacuum cleaner. If you only vacuum carpets, the endurance will be lower. In the combined mode on AUTO mode, when the vacuum cleaner always chooses the most ideal performance, the vacuum cleaner should last about 28-30 minutes. If you vacuum primarily carpets, that 20 minutes can be a reality. It is very important to choose a vacuum cleaner with regard to the conditions in which it will work. The maximum battery life is always stated in the weakest mode and only for the handheld unit, when the vacuum cleaners have the lowest battery consumption. Mopping with this type of product can work reliably, but you need to mop regularly, at least 2-3 times a week and ideally rinse the mop under running water after mopping each room.

Our first Aku vacuum cleaner was a Sencor for about half the price. And I was thrilled not to have to pull cables. Until his battery died after 2.5 years and he can't get a new one. That's why I appreciate that Rowenta provides a warranty of up to 15 years that you can get replacement parts. However, it was only with this Rowenta (compared to the Sencor) that I understood that it is not necessary to compromise even for the sake of the battery. The Sencor had no suction power at all and didn't pick up a grain of rice and everything was "made up" by the rotary brush. With Rowenta I have a full-featured powerful vacuum cleaner without cords. Plus, it's obvious that they're designed by someone who listens to customers and has a lot of practical tweaks. It's great that the tube ends have an integrated "brush" so you don't scratch furniture, walls when you pick up cobwebs etc. I don't regret it and despite the higher price I would go for it again
