Alza offered an exchange or compensation. We decided to compensate, it does not stand us freely, the damage is hidden. Expect a higher noise level when filling. Inflation for soaking takes place at maybe 15cycles of 2-5s, so it's very uncomfortable. Whoever can close the washing machine behind the door should not address my comments about the noise at all. Considering the price, this is an excellent product.
