The phone's clear quality and precision craftsmanship, with frosted glass on both sides giving a nice premium feel both visually and functionally. The new One UI takes phone control and customisation to the next level, plus new improved AI, it's much smarter and more sophisticated across the board with better usability. A powerful but efficient processor ensures smooth operation throughout the day. Sufficient performance for several years ahead with super software support.
The new rounded edges are more comfortable and feel much more secure in the hand.
At first glance, a better cover glass without glare and visible ohmats, in my opinion, a must for all mobile phones, a narrower frame around the display is a nice step forward.
Better wide angle lens, after the first test photos there is a visible progress.
A small but significant change in the design of the "circles" around the camera sensors, along with the better shape, makes the S25 Ultra nicely distinguishable from previous generations.
Loss of bluetooth on the S-pen, used quite often as a remote trigger on the previous generation.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is a high-end phone with a gorgeous display, super performance and a great camera. I appreciate the lower weight compared to the previous model and the design with rounded corners, the phone no longer looks like such a brick (I'm switching from the S22 Ultra).
Design, lighter and thinner than the previous model
Higher price
Not much different from the previous generation
