I've switched to the Ultra 2 from the Watch5 Pro and so far I'm really happy. I've only had them for the first day, but you can already see the step up at first glance. The display is brilliant, the watch is fast and it looks really good on my wrist. I also like the build quality and the number of features it offers. So far everything is working without a hitch and the controls are pleasant to use. It's still too early to rate the battery life, but my first impressions are brilliant and I definitely don't regret the switch.

Hello, I've only had the watch for a short time, so some aspects of its use will only become apparent with longer testing. But as for the material and how beautifully it fits my wrist (I have a larger wrist), it's definitely A*. And I personally like the overall design too (but that's a very personal matter). The battery looks like it will definitely last 2–3 days (so good job, in my opinion). And the display is a joy to look at even in bright light - it's truly gorgeous. For me, the main disadvantage of Samsung watches is that they still keep some health functions exclusive to Samsung phones (for that money, every user should get 100% of all functions). If it weren't for those limited health functions, I'd give it 5 stars, because otherwise, it's a really great product.

After a few days of use, I'm very satisfied with the Galaxy Watch Ultra2. The watch feels high-quality and premium, and despite its larger size, it fits surprisingly well on the wrist. What I appreciate most is the beautiful, bright display, which is easily readable even outdoors in the sun, and the fast, smooth controls. The wealth of sports and health functions, sleep tracking, and connectivity with my Samsung phone are also a big plus. I was also pleased with the battery life, which is very decent for such a feature-packed watch. I see the higher price as a minor drawback, and the charging could be faster. Overall, though, the watch met my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and well-equipped smartwatch for everyday use and sport.

I've switched from the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, so this review will mostly be a comparison of these two models. The difference is noticeable from the very first touch. The UI is incomparably snappier — my original watch slowed down considerably after the last few updates. The only slight drawback so far is the smaller selection of original straps, but the aftermarket will quickly solve that. For me, it's a definite upgrade that I don't regret.
The Ultra 2 responds instantly, without any lagging.
The battery is larger and its life reflects that.
The display is significantly brighter and easier to read, even in direct sunlight
The main improvement is for use in water: higher water resistance and basic diving functions make them a good device for swimming and amateur diving, where the 5 Pro wasn't enough (I drowned mine while swimming in the sea).
More health sensors have been added and it measures the same metrics more accurately than the original model.

Excellent display, quality material. Even though I have a small wrist, the watch still fits me very well. I'm delighted, the strap is also comfortable and feels sturdy. For me, the best watch so far.

I owned a Watch 7 and I must say, this is a leap forward. I waited five days before writing this review so I could form at least some opinion on the battery life, which was probably what interested me the most, and I have to say, it's a decent improvement. I'm not saying it couldn't be even better, but for me (it will obviously vary individually depending on usage), 4 days plus a small reserve is a respectable amount of time. The max battery saving function is also good; when activated, the watch only charges to 90%. All this while maintaining sufficiently small dimensions, which is a definite plus. The display is, as expected, excellent. I didn't really expect anything else; Samsung is number one here. The readability in direct sunlight is simply brilliant, and I like that even when I set Always On, it can switch to a power-saving mode, which saves the battery. Regarding the body, I'm glad the strap is recessed into it, because with the Watch 7, I found that you'd knock the body and you'd immediately see scuffs. Here, the body is just nicely compact, with nothing extra sticking out. The much-discussed shape, a circle in a square with rounded corners – well, when I saw it in a picture, I also didn't know what to think, but you have to have it on your wrist to understand. It's simply a beautiful piece that stands out from the rest in terms of design. I personally welcome the absence of a mechanical bezel. Similarly, I like that the two speaker holes are in the middle of the body and not right at the edge near the wrist, where sweat would get in during exercise; this is definitely a better solution. Wireless charging is standard and, for me, certainly better than the contact charging on other brands. It's probably not even worth mentioning that the best connection for the watch is with a Samsung phone; everything works surprisingly well, even though I was expecting a few teething problems as with any new device. Yes, the price is high, but I dare say this watch is worth it.
It sits nicely on the hand
The silver finish looks luxurious
The most noticeable improvement is probably the battery.
protection against dust and water

This watch is absolutely brilliant and I'm thrilled with it! What I love most is the display, which is much brighter and perfectly readable. The speed of the watch is also immediately noticeable, everything runs smoothly without any lag. I highly recommend it!

I was pleasantly surprised by the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, mainly by its design, which feels modern, durable, and elegant at the same time – although if the watch had a purely round/square shape, it would look even more striking and pleasing. A big plus for me is also the good battery life and the comfortable thickness of the watch – I charge it for an hour every 2–3 days to keep the battery between 20–80%. The controls are intuitive and I got used to them quickly. On the other hand, I do miss the rotating bezel a bit. I'm also not completely sold on the original strap; I would personally prefer a different design – at least a different style of clasp. Overall, though, I am satisfied with the watch and consider it a successful product.

After a long time, I've returned to smartwatches, my previous one being a Gear S3 Frontier. The reason I chose this watch was for the advanced features of a top-tier watch among the Android options, with a long battery life and decent durability. In this regard, the new Watch 2 Ultra was the ideal choice. The watch is chunkier on the wrist than other models, but compared to older models, this watch includes a large display and a big battery while still maintaining a comparable weight that I was already used to. As for the battery life, I am extremely satisfied with it; during one typical day of use, the battery dropped by about 40% at most (with all the classic features turned on), which corresponds to the estimated 3-day battery life. I haven't had a chance to fully test the sports features yet, but for outdoor use, the new bright display is noticeably good and is clearly visible in any conditions – although sometimes the display doesn't quite activate correctly when you turn the watch (perhaps it just takes more getting used to these gestures). As for gesture controls in general (pinching fingers, controlling the TV with movement), they don't work entirely intuitively, but that's more of a gimmick; if someone finds a use for it, they'll find a way to learn how to use them. One downside for me is the absence of a bezel, which is replaced by a software bezel, but due to the frame around the display, it's not as easy to use as on the lower-end models – so it's simpler just to use the standard controls. Unfortunately, another disadvantage is having Samsung Pay forced on you via an unmappable button action, but this is a common feature on Samsung watches. However, it's still possible to pay conveniently using Google Pay. Overall, I'd say this is a very well-made watch that can justify its higher price.
Hilarious design
Smooth system (after the initial burn-in)
Large, very bright display
High battery life
A reasonable weight for the size of the watch
LTE connectivity
Advanced sports features
Resilience
Absence of a physical bezel
The button action dedicated to payments is hard-coded to Samsung Pay.
The gestures aren't completely intuitive
