Despite the fact that the gentlemen were nice and pleasant, they didn't even try to take the fridge out and as Alza states that they have all the necessary equipment, such as straps, they have nothing at all, just bare hands, so I had to call an extra removal service, when 2 gentlemen managed it completely fine. Anyway, Alza acted honestly and the situation was resolved.

I guess they were puffed up that they didn't get a few hundred more for the return to the apartment, which I understand, but they could have moved the two meters with the rudle.
