The coffee machine is leaking and coffee is spurting out of it
I made a complaint after a month, and the authorised Sencor service centre rejected it, even though I’d sent them photographs, so I will be taking this up with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), and I will never buy any more products from Sencor again; I can see there are more negative reviews here about water becoming trapped in the appliance and splashing out
Sencor has been a huge disappointment, but I won’t let it end like this
I only gave it one star so that I could write a review; otherwise, it would have been -5 stars
and also a warning that this started happening after a month, and I’m not the only one who only started having problems after a month, as I’ve read in older reviews here; so Sencor products are only good for one month’s use – they won’t accept a complaint and won’t replace the device
