It does not have the timer described in the manual.
The description falsely states that the appliance features a timer. There is none. In the product Q&A section, you state absolute nonsense: Hello, the appliance has a pre-set timer for three cooking levels. A measuring cup with a scale is included with the cooker. There are three scales marked on the measuring cup, and each scale has numbers from 1 to 7 depending on the number of eggs being cooked. You then add the required amount of water to the appliance, and once the water boils away, the cooker turns off. So how much water am I supposed to add if I want, for example, 3 soft-boiled eggs and how much for 3 hard-boiled ones!?!?!?!?!

Hello, thank you for your feedback, based on which the supplier contacted us and would like to respond below. "Hello, the enclosed measuring cup is three-sided and there is a scale marked 1–7 on each side. If you want to boil 3 soft-boiled eggs, find the SOFT scale and fill with water up to the line at number 3. If you want to boil 3 hard-boiled eggs, find the scale marked HARD and fill with water up to line 3. This differentiates the amount of water, as each scale has the values marked at a different height. The amount of poured water then affects how well the eggs are cooked. Best regards, Sencor." Please do not hesitate to contact us if needed. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej – Alza expert

The egg white stuck to it right after the first use, even though I followed the instructions.
It can't be cleaned with a cloth, and I didn't use a wire scourer as I was planning to return it.
The quality corresponds to the price.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, based on which the supplier contacted us and would like to respond below. "Hello, as a result of piercing the egg, a small amount of egg white may escape onto the shell surface during cooking, where it then coagulates. This is a completely normal phenomenon. If the egg white has leaked all the way to the bottom of the container, the egg was most likely pierced on the wrong side. For boiling eggs, it is recommended to make a hole in the thick end of the egg, i.e. on the wider side. There is an air pocket in the thick end. Piercing this part allows the expanding air to escape during heating. This reduces the risk of the shell cracking during cooking. To remove dirt from the heating plate, we recommend the following procedure. Wipe the heating plate with a cloth dampened in a solution of warm water and a neutral kitchen detergent. Thoroughly wipe the surface on which you applied the kitchen detergent with a cloth dampened in clean water, and then wipe it dry. Best regards, the Sencor Team" Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej – Alza expert

complete satisfaction
works
it steams, it doesn't boil.
I use a full scoop regardless of the number of eggs, no problem.
There's no timer, so you have to use your phone as an alarm, for example.

Prick the eggs at the wider end and place this end facing up. It's worth noting that if you put cold eggs straight from the fridge into the cooker, they will sometimes crack. How unexpected, right?

Product returned
The eggs usually cracked
Adjusting the consistency based on the volume of water doesn't work at all. It's come out runny instead of hard-boiled several times now.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, based on which the supplier has contacted us and would like to respond below. "Hello, thank you for taking the time to write a review. In this case, we recommend following the instructions in the manual and adding the amount of water in the measuring cup according to the number of eggs being cooked. For example, when cooking 4 soft-boiled eggs, fill the measuring cup with clean, cold water up to the line marked with the number 4 on the soft scale. Although the same amount of water is used and the cooking time remains the same, the doneness of individual eggs may vary due to differences in their size or freshness. Kind regards, Sencor." A great addition to the kitchen! However, your experience will be spoiled by the incorrectly marked measuring jug, fundamental errors in the instructions (you must pierce the wider end of the egg and ensure the hole is facing upwards in the egg cooker, otherwise there is a risk of leakage and burning) and the fact that, once the task is complete, the egg cooker emits an unpleasant beeping sound instead of switching off.
Boil the eggs
The measuring jug is probably incorrectly marked (the numbers should be in ascending order from the bottom of the jug; the higher the number, the more water)
The instructions incorrectly state that you should pierce the tip and place the egg with the hole facing downwards
Does not turn off automatically

Hello, thank you for your suggestion, on the basis of which the supplier contacted us and would like to respond below. "Hello, thank you for taking the time to review. The scale is reversed because the more eggs there are in the appliance, the less water is needed. We apologise for the error in the instructions; the request to correct the manual has been forwarded to the relevant department. Sincerely Sencor. " Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of need. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert
