I use it as a filament dryer for a 3D printer. I see the main advantages in the ability to regulate the temperature compared to other dryers, as well as compact dimensions. The dryer is quite small, but large enough to hold a standard 1kg spool of filament and still have a gap of 1-2cm around it. You only need to cut out the inner padding on the individual tiers of " trays" (which will void the warranty) to allow the spool to be inserted, the trays also tend to crack when cut/sheared. However, it works well, it' s just the right size, it has temperature control (it' s better not to heat the filaments above 50-60°C) and the price is also reasonable.
