It only froths part of the milk; at the bottom, there is just hot milk.
The foam is too thick, so it doesn't mix well with the coffee.
I’ve already made a complaint twice – the first time the button started switching itself off; the second time, although the button stayed on, no foam was produced – the milk just heated up.
Impractical to wash (the container cannot be taken apart). I knew that beforehand, but it really is uncomfortable.
