Unfortunately the first one I had to claim, the thermostat stopped working. Resolved by replacement within 2 working days. When I picked it up I only checked the accessories, which was a mistake, I didn't unpack the whole product. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered that the inner container was mechanically warped and the lid didn't stay on. Resolved again within two working days with the fact that I had to pay 40, -CZK because it was directly exchanged for a new piece. Again, partly my fault for agreeing to this.
