We bought it as a replacement for our 3 year old Electrolux Pure Q9 (still perfectly functional and wandering around the cottage). But it was more of a step backwards, from the poor centre of gravity, to the cheap-looking plastics, to the inferior ice lighting. So Sencor lasted two passes and went out of the house. We chose the Hoover HFX HFX20P as a replacement and we can't praise it enough: )
