I'm satisfied with the coffee machine. This is my second machine of this model; the first one served me reliably for 7 years. The coffee machine has a nice modern design, clear controls, and making coffee is simple and quick. Easy to clean, the entire inside of the machine can be pulled out and the brewing unit rinsed under running water, the rest can go in the dishwasher.
You can use either coffee beans (ceramic grinder with adjustable coarseness) or ground coffee.
Brita water filter included in the package (the coffee machine can also be used without it)
The milk system without a milk container is great for maintenance, you just need to make sure the tube is sufficiently submerged in the milk carton for the entire time the drink is being prepared.
our model doesn't have a cup warmer, but we don't miss it at all. We probably wouldn't even use it, because the coffee is hot enough (and we don't even have the temperature set to maximum).
Subjectively, it doesn't seem any louder to us than coffee machines from other brands
The appliance was delivered to us with a cosmetic defect (a slightly bulging touch panel which isn't flush with the body of the machine, see attached photo); luckily, the coffee machine is fully functional and Alza compensated us with a discount.
