It would have to run all day to handle a 25m2 space with higher ceilings. But this is impossible because of its noise level. So some grades will come off, but it could be better. (In less than 2 hours from 29 to 25, then I want to be away from the noise for a while: -)) It is noisier compared to the 2 mobile air conditioners I have seen so far. The performance side will be excellent and fast in a smaller space, e.g. 15-20m2.
