Sometimes clothes remain damp even after 2 hours of drying. I therefore recommend wringing the laundry in the washing machine according to the dryer's instructions at 1000 revolutions. If you set less, you have to expect that the drying will take a really long time. Otherwise, I definitely don't regret the purchase! It is the most affordable heat pump dryer. Sure, somewhere it had to cut corners, but it does what it's supposed to do - and that's the main thing!

If you're buying this dryer, you have to take into account that you're buying a cheaper product, so you can't expect gold from heaven. Here Alza was very pro-customer - after bringing the dryer to my apartment, I found out that the door is damaged (there is a pretty big groove) and the inside is dirty - this must have happened during the production, because the guys unpacked the dryer before me and did not do anything with it, plus there was a thin protective film on the door. I wrote a complaint to Alza - they contacted me within 14 days to ask if I wanted to replace the product or send CZK 1,500 back to my account as an apology. So, voila, I got the biscuit fifteen grand cheaper. I didn't want a new one because I didn't want to go through the round of importing again, making an appointment, installation, etc etc. So if you want a dryer, you don't want to invest that much in it, and you're not the kind of person who fritters away every detail, I say yes for me.
