The noise cancellation doesn't work. they are no better than a cheap pair of earplugs for blocking noise and turning ANC on or off changes almost nothing. Just enough changes that it is clear the headphones are trying to do something but without success. Compared to a pair of my friend's airpods these are so terrible as to be a joke. They have excellent audio quality but do not buy them expecting it to cancel out noise from a crowd or cars or a tram or even quiet conversations in the next room. You'll still be able to hear all those things loud and clear even with ANC turned on

So I have to admit that if I had known before I bought it how it all works, I wouldn't have bought it. The app is unnecessarily complicated, the sound is fine and the bass is great only until you turn the volume up more. at higher volumes the bass drops off and a hell of a lot. bad for the money. I have a much cheaper Koss TWS150i and as far as the sound is concerned it is much better for me. they have no noise cancellation and what kind of nonsense but they sound and play very well even after all these years and high volume they still play the same without any bass loss. it's really weird.
