For the price under 2k it was a good buy even though it has a lot of compromises.

They play quite well
Loss of connection or whatever it is, when I'm on the phone the headphones stop playing for a second, sometimes more sometimes less. Tested with Samsung devices. I tried changing codecs as well and it still didn't help.
When the wind blows the plastic elements resonate unpleasantly in the headphones
Not much quality of workmanship and materials used
The ears sweat quite a bit but this is a problem with all headphones of similar design
I would have expected even better sound from Sony.

The quality of the app is not the best I've ever used with headphones but it's not bad
ANC It is usable
Audio 360 is fine and works I would say but it works on certain videos and I haven't completely figured it out
In the app there is a calibration so you have to take a picture of your ears a little bit unpolished because you have to ask someone else to do it
Calibration does not work perfectly
Could be AAC codec
The construction is plastic not very good quality against other headphones is better
I think so 3 Years and plastic will not be completely reliable
I'm probably writing a lot of negative things here but you won't find better headphones in this price range
Not much battery life I had headphones with a battery life of 72Hours so so

The specific track switching and buttons in general are sometimes clumsy to fumble with. Particularly funny is the switching of songs, where the user feels like Johnny Cash trying to tell the Western world in Morse code that Stalin has died. The attempt to launch a voice assistant sounds all the more comical. But it is not a fault but a feature. And a smartwatch solves both. Plus, it still plays nicely.
