The box is awfully slippery

The plugs have an unusual shape, they are oval. Rather for small ears. They fit well in the ear but they push enough even the smallest ones, I usually use medium and large, with these I had to choose the smallest ones and they still pushed enough. But it's a guarantee they won't just fall out.

It doesn't have ANC which is what it says, I thought zero wouldn't matter, but after the previous model where ANC was, I had to turn the volume up too loud on these to drown out the surroundings.

I'm returning them.
