I wanted to upgrade from the Arctis 7 2019 edition, but unfortunately the headphones disappointed me quite a bit. The headphones play well, but everything is ruined by early access software, without which you will lose super features like chatmix and 7.1 surround sound (which is even worse than the Arctis 7 2019 edition). It' s a pity that the original Arctis 7 stopped selling because they were cheaper and really worth the price. I was looking forward to them, but eventually I will go back to them. If you are still interested in these headphones, try to get the Arctis 7 2019 edition somewhere.
