generally great sound, both from the microphone and the headphones themselves
pleasant even with breeches
every time I turn on the computer I have to unplug and plug them in to make the microphone work, otherwise it doesn't register the sound

For a long time we were considering which headphones to use for playing games in which the accuracy of spatial orientation according to sound matters a lot (Battlefield, PUBG, ...). In the end I chose these Steel Series Arctis and I did really well.
Excellent and faithful sound reproduction
Great microphone for in-game communication
Fits well on the head - comfortable

I bought the headphones for a friend to play with, she is very happy with them and described all these benefits to me. It must be added that she is very picky about this: D hope my review helped.
convenient
software (you can adjust treble, bass, RGB, etc. )
noise cancelatiom (the headphones have a piece of " skin" on the inside that prevents noise)
Good microphone (clear without noise)
The cable/s are not built into the headset (if the cable breaks, it can be easily replaced)
RGB is fully adjustable
Cable (it' s the hard type of cable that gets in the way, nothing that can' t be replaced by buying another cable)

A retractable microphone that also has an indicator light to indicate whether it is turned off.
The rotating shells are great.
The USB-C cable is detachable, so it' s no problem to replace it. The package includes adapters for USB-A and 3.5 mm jack.
The controls are good - on the left earcup there is a volume wheel and a button to turn off the microphone, on the right earcup there is a switch to turn off the RGB.
I find the sound a little worse than on my old Steelseries Siberia.
The headphones do not have ANC, this information is wrong on Alza, the manufacturer does not state anything like that! There is only software available that filters the sounds, but that is something completely different and cannot be used with, for example, a mobile phone.
The microphone light is on when the microphone is off. I understand that it will probably suit most people, but I would rather have it the other way around, which cannot be set anywhere in the software.
I' d also like it if you could set the RGB in the software to be a different color depending on whether the mic is on or off. Unfortunately, that doesn' t work, so RGB stays off for me.

As someone who has always bought SteelSeries headphones for over 10 years, I was very disappointed today. I' m lucky enough to still have the SteelSeries Siberia 350, headphones from 2016 working, so I did a comparison. One would expect the sound quality of the new model to be better, but it isn' t. Objectively speaking, the headphones certainly do not deserve 1 star, and I believe that many people will be perfectly satisfied. This was my heart, and I was waiting for a step forward, not back, after all these years. </3
