These toothbrushes are good for cleaning back teeth, the price doesn't matter so much, you don't have to throw it away after one use, just like a classic toothbrush you also have some time. But still, for that piece of plastic and wire, it might cost less.
Beware of the ISO marking, it is very confusing, all brushes for cleaning classic interdental spaces are ISO 0 and they are further divided into different colours according to the thickness of the wire. Anything ISO 1 or more is more for people with extreme gaps between their teeth, so watch out for that. Just remember the color you need (red for example), it seems like the manufacturers are uniform in this and follow that color marking. The 0.5 mm is the diameter of the wire, not the diameter of the brush, so watch out for that. 0.8 mm wire can no longer be threaded between the teeth.
