Once in a while, addresses clash with each other because of the expander and nothing helps but pulling it out of the socket.
The main problem is that in such an extended network, I started having problems with address conflicts and the inability to connect. So I have to restart the extender often.
The blue diode is not an indicator, it' s a crazy reflector that lights up the whole room blue. I had to cover with two layers of tape.

I put the extender one floor lower than the router it is connected to. The signal amplifies as it should and the machine in the garage connected to the internet via ethernet cable from this extender works without any problem. Both speed and response time are sufficient (50Mb and 15 ms).
