I can't write whether the drive is reliable after the first day of use, but so far everything seems fine, the size is surprising (smaller than expected) and there is also improved software. The most disappointing thing is that when you buy the 5TB version of the drive you actually get 4.54TB, it's not the manufacturer's fault, unfortunately I found out that it can't be made any other way, but I don't think it's fair that when you buy the 5TB version you get almost 500GB less than what you paid for (I could understand if it was smaller by 200GB). The 5TB version should be sold more as a 4.5TB.

I' ve had it for a few weeks, but it looks good so far. initially there were multiple memory issues but the system always fixed them. so I hope it survives at least a few years. I would prefer a male to male usb connection
