The phone is good. This is the several-th Xiaomi I've had in a row, including for my family. The corners are more rounded compared to the 13 series. It's heavier. Long battery life. The phone is zippy, and the 256GB of storage is sufficient for normal use. IP68 resistance. The camera takes sharp photos.

A well-designed phone for a reasonable price with a good camera and, most importantly, a powerful battery. It feels nice to hold, the display has good brightness and the speakers sound good too. The system has pre-installed apps which some people might find annoying.

So far, I'm very happy with the Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G. What impressed me the most is the perfect battery capacity, which is a big plus compared to the previous model. I see it as a generational upgrade to my Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, and if the 'seventeen' is as good as the fourteen, it will have been a great choice for me. The price-to-performance ratio seems really excellent so far.

I am absolutely delighted with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 Pro. It has great performance, a beautiful display, and the photos from the camera are really sharp and high-quality. The battery easily lasts more than a day and the system runs completely smoothly. I definitely recommend this purchase to anyone looking for great value for money!

I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 Pro after about four years; my previous model was the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. The new one has a slightly larger display, an in-display fingerprint sensor, a larger battery capacity, it's water-resistant, and the display has better visibility outdoors in the sun. The price/performance/quality was the deciding factor for me. Transferring data and apps from the old phone to the new one was quick and hassle-free.

I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 Pro after using the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 for six years. The new phone has a slightly larger screen, which suits me. I particularly appreciate the better visibility of the display outdoors in the sun. I'm also glad I can finally pay with my phone and that it has more memory. I can easily unlock the screen with my fingerprint. The phone can be charged quickly, but you need to get a 67W charger for that, otherwise it might charge even slower than my previous phone. The downside is that if you use the Twigsee app, it doesn't work well on this phone, but I expect that to improve in the future.
The display is clearly visible in the sun.

easy unlocking
I got the purple colour, but the phone also came with a grey case, and when I put it on, you can't actually see the colour.

I've only had it a short while, so I'm still getting to know it. But this is my third Xiaomi Note and I've always been very satisfied. It takes beautiful photos. And this one has even better battery life. It's great for me. Good value for money.
