A lot of added screws.
2 lid fans
The front panel microphone cable is not shielded.
The power supply is on the bottom and the power cable to the motherboard is stretched to be plugged in. It needs a power supply with a longer cable.
The hdd light is hidden, not visible when the computer is under the desk.
