Installing fans with these posts is easy, fast and convenient.
No need to worry about cutting threads into the fans.
The fans hold firmly, I don't notice any vibration or resonance.
Never use screws to attach fans again.: )
Reducing the noise level of normally operating fans is not something I would expect from them. If the fan is making any unwanted noises, there will probably be a problem other than its mounting. But some broken fan may be partially helped. But it would help a lot more to replace the fan.
