I am afraid that the roaster who processes the coffee prefers quantity over quality and the beans seem to be roasted at a high temperature. They are brittle, black when ground and the coffee has a very bitter taste overall. The package does not have a resealable bag as is customary with premium coffees. Disappointment for me - coffee of the level of Jihlavanka.

The grains are oily, indicating a high roasting temperature.
Does not even match the declared medium roasting degree (coffee is too black)
