Unfortunately this TV holder is very poor quality and I certainly cannot recommend it. The hanging hooks on the part of the bracket that is screwed to the TV protrude through the hanging frame anchored to the wall, thus abrading the wall. Of course, the TV cannot be hung in the middle of the hanging frame right the first time, so it needs to be additionally centred on the hanging frame by subsequent lifting and moving. However, this will cause damage and settlement of the masonry by the protruding hooks.
The way the hooks rest on the wall does not even allow the TV to be aligned with the wall, both horizontally and vertically, so the TV is constantly hung askew. When you try to align the TV and squeeze it against the wall, the flip-up hooks are pressed up against the back of the TV, and there is a risk of scratching the TV itself.
If you decide to place the TV on a pedestal in the space in the future, the damage will obviously be visible, and the damaged areas on the wall will need to be repaired from the hanging hooks. I am really very dissatisfied with the holder. Firstly because I damaged the design squeegee on the wall, but also because by repeatedly taking down and hanging the TV, in an attempt to discover the fault and the reason why the TV cannot be aligned, I wasted a lot of time. Installing another bracket would now require further loss of time and money associated with reclaiming this bracket, plus additional drilling of other holes in the wall.
The only option that would solve this problem is to modify the bracket somehow, sand down the hanging - hinged hooks, pad the unevenness, and protect the TV with some pads from abrasion.
It's certainly not an appealing option, but at this stage of the installation it might still be worth considering if it's the lesser of two evils.
Unless you want to damage your wall and your TV, and you're into some home repair of poorly made products, I recommend avoiding this product.

Hello, thank you for your suggestion. I'm sorry to hear about the problems you encountered while installing our AlzaErgo bracket. Our team has properly examined the design and assembly of the bracket and concluded that the hooks you describe have a slightly shallower depth than the horizontal bracket design itself. If the correct installation is observed and the TV is hung carefully, which according to the product instructions should always be done by two people, this negative phenomenon should not occur.

If the back of the TV is flat, great.
Cannot mount a larger Philips TV on it. They have a slight elevation under the screws and therefore it is not possible to click into the securing screws because the TV is leaning down against the wall and therefore it cannot be tilted, but rather it is tilted up.
The wall mounting screws have a very small distance from the frame. That makes it really hard to tighten.
Two of the four screws were a little bigger than 10, so it was very difficult to fit the wrench.

I'm still hesitating if I'll hang the TV on it, it's a thin sheet and hopefully the TV can take it, I'll trust the manufacturer otherwise it will be a big and expensive problem😄

Hello, thank you for your suggestion. If your TV meets the weight parameter (i.e. weighs max 45 kg) and you mount the bracket on the wall correctly, you don't have to worry.
