the base is made of two pieces, so it is not ideally flat which is a problem
poor quality screws two of them broke during assembly and I had to drill new holes and buy new dowels and screws
little space behind the TV, if you have sockets ready behind, it's a problem to connect it at all, as well as to get to the screws for tilting
