The primary purpose was for use on the PS5, but I wanted some more versatile ones. But the sound is very bad on PS5. But they're ok on the iPhone. They sat more firmly on my head than I would have preferred.

Sounds tinny on PS

I am very satisfied with the headphones. They are well made, they sit comfortably on the head, they do not hurt the ears or head. I'm sure there are headphones with better sound quality at this price, but the sound is good, nice and clear in my opinion. Compared to cheaper headphones, I hear new sounds in music. They probably won't fit much in a smaller bag, I would recommend carrying them in a backpack. ANC works well too and its level is adjustable.
Quality workmanship with pleasant materials and metal body
High quality hard case for headphones
Sits comfortably on the head
Pleasant sound
ANC works well + transparency, ambient mode
possibility to adjust the character of the sound
usb A bluetooth dongle, audio jack and usb c to A cable included
the packaging is quite large
the headphones might be too big for some people

music control is only play/pause and volume, no option to skip to the next song

After using these headphones for 7 days, I wanted to share my thoughts. As a casual music listener rather than an audiophile, I had high expectations for my first expensive headphones. I wanted to give a detailed review so that it could benefit someone planning to spend their hard earned money into this product. Positive Aspects: - Included Accessories: The headphones come with a hard case, a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB-A to USB-C cable, and a USB-A dongle. - Premium Quality: The design and overall feel are top-notch, reflecting a premium product. - Microphone Performance: The microphone quality is impressive, especially for home or office use. - Connectivity: The USB-A dongle connects seamlessly with my Windows laptop. It also works with a MacBook, but you need to manually select "Beocom Link A" as both the input and output in the sound settings—this needs to be done only once. In contrast, the connection on my Windows laptop was automatic. - Volume and ANC Controls: The touch controls for volume and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) work well, enhancing the user experience. - Battery Life: Battery performance is decent, meeting my everyday needs. - Audio Leakage: There is no audio leakage during regular listening. Minimal leakage only occurs at volumes above 90%. Negative Aspects: - Track Control: The inability to change audio tracks directly from the headphones is a huge miss and a letdown; this must be done via your phone or other devices. - Auto-Pause Feature: The headphones do not pause audio automatically when removed, a feature available in many competitors. - Active Noise Cancellation: The ANC performance is not up to par with competitors like Bose QuietComfort or Sony WH-1000XM4, which offer superior noise cancellation. - Volume Tuning: The volume levels feel differently tuned. I usually listen at 50%-60%, but found I needed to increase it to 70%-80%. - Bass Quality: The bass lacks the punch I expected, which may disappoint bass lovers. - App Concerns: The Bang and Olufsen Android app requires ‘precise’ GPS location to function, which feels unnecessary. Additionally, the app itself is quite basic. - Size Perception: Personally, I find the headphones look a bit bulkier when worn.. Conclusion: Overall, these headphones are a solid choice and certainly not bad. However, whether they justify their high price tag is debatable. They are designed for hybrid use, making them suitable for both work and music listening. It’s also worth noting that they may take a couple of days to grow on you as you adjust to their sound profile and features. If you’re looking for premium design and decent performance, especially for hybrid use, they may be worth considering, but weigh the drawbacks carefully.
